Kenneth Parkinson
Ken Parkinson is a partner of Howard, Lewis & Petersen. Ken’s practice emphasizes trial work in employment and personal injury cases.
Ken received his Bachelor's degree at Utah State University with a degree in English. While there, he served on several editorial boards and published articles on political and legal philosophy. Ken graduated from Drake University Law School in 1993 and began working at Howard, Lewis & Petersen in 1994.
An active member of the legal community, Ken is the past President of the Central Utah Bar Association . He was also appointed by Governor Huntsman to serve on the Judicial Selection Committee for the Fourth District Court and is on the Advisory Board for the Utah Association for Justice.
Ken has also served on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity and has volunteered for the Boy Scouts of America. He currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer for Freedom Academy Charter School.
Ken has conducted legal seminars for various legal organizations including the Central Utah Bar Association, Utah Trial Lawyers Association, Utah Association for Justice and the National Business Institute.
