Richard A. Roberts
Richard Roberts is an associate of Howard, Lewis & Petersen.
Rich received a B.A. in English from the University of Utah, 2001, an M.A. in English Literature from the University of Montana, 2005, and his J.D. from the University of Utah, 2008. During law school, Rich was the Director of the Global Justice Think Tank. He was also awarded the Edwin Brown Firmage Student Award in International Law and Human Rights and the Leadership scholarship.
In 2008, Rich was admitted to the Utah State Bar and U.S. District Court, District of Utah.
As a litigator, Rich’s practice is concentrated in the areas of criminal defense and civil litigation, plaintiffs’ medical malpractice, and plaintiffs’ personal injury. Rich is also an adjunct instructor in Utah Valley University’s English Department.
Rich is fluent in Spanish.
